Pruning
We utilize the industry-leading OMC Hedgehog, a high-performance mechanical pruner. This machine boasts an onboard computer system that allows our crew to precisely tailor pruning parameters. We can adjust blade width and angles to achieve the desired cut per side and maintain your preferred hedge size. This level of control ensures optimal airflow and light penetration throughout the canopy, promoting healthy olive development and maximizing your fruit production.

Processing
Our goal is to make the olives you bring us reach their full potential with our knowledgeable team and state-of-the-art processing facilities. We also ensure that the oil is tailored to your exact specifications to meet you and your customer’s needs. Our multi-mill network allows us to handle large volumes efficiently, minimizing turnaround time from delivery to processing to lock in flavours and improve chemical qualities. Our mills consistently win international awards both for our own oils and also for oils we process for our customers.
